The story of Dewa Consulting
Dewa Consulting Services and Solutions is a 100% black owned Level 1 B-BBEE company that was formed in 2008 by partners Nkosana Moyo and Zinzi Ntuli, who both came from a common Information Technology background. At the time, the company assumed an independent consulting model with the partners working as independent consultants on various assignments. As time went by, the business changed its model to deliver services via sub contract or joint venture models. This gave the company the footprint that it required as well as the readiness to go to market as Principal contractors.
Since then, Dewa Consulting has individually secured a number of projects ranging from Organisational Transition and Establishment to Business Process Management as well as PMO Establishment and Management. The dream for the partners remains growing the company into a formidable Management Consulting firm that can compete fairly and squarely with some of the internationally acclaimed Management Consulting businesses. The company continues on a steady growth path both from a customer footprint and employment creation perspectives.
